Steps to follow:
Cash Payments at the Branch
- Visit any Consolidated Bank branch
- Request to pay for E-Citizen
- Provide E-Citizen Reference Number [SGZAYPE]
- Provide Amount to be paid e.g. 950
- Bank Teller reads the details of payment for the Customer to confirm
- Teller makes the payment and prints receipt for the Customer
Payment via Mobile Banking - USSD
- Customer dials *262#
- Select Option 7 – E-Citizen Payments
- Customer keys in E-Citizen Reference Number [SGZAYPE]
- Customer keys in Amount to be paid e.g. 950
- Details of the payment for the Reference number are displayed for Customer to confirm.
- ICustomer gets payment confirmation via SMS.

- Customer logins to MyConso App
- Select E-Citizen Payment icon
- Customer keys in E-Citizen Reference Number [SGZAYPE]
- Customer keys in Amount to be paid e.g. 950

- Select Bills Payments Menu

- Customer gets payment confirmation via SMS
